Consistently a top producer in the recruiting industry\, Carol has been recognized with numerous honors and awards at local\, state and national levels including membership in The Pinnacle Society since 2007. She has been recognized with multiple awards to the Houston Area “Consultant of the Year” and “CTS of the Year” by the State Professional Association (TAPC) as well as by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) as “CPC of the Year”. \nIn addition to her operational roles at Whitaker\, Carol serves as Vice President of Training and Organizational Development. She conducts both new-hire and on-going training for all divisions of the company. Additionally\, she has developed a series of training videos introducing the Fundamentals of the Staffing Industry that is now being offered throughout the industry nationwide.
