The Texas Search, Recruiting, and Staffing association (TSRSA) is a professional trade association dedicated to promoting high standards of business practices and state-of-the-art educational programs for members of the staffing industry.
TSRSA continues to be recognized by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) for our efforts to promote education, certification and ethical business practices the hallmarks of professionalism in our industry.
TSRSA strives to stay on the cutting edge of issues which affect the staffing industry. We are diverse in our composition, with members involved in direct hire, temporary, contract, administrative support, professional, technical, full service, specialty, retained search and contingency operations of all sizes.
In accordance with democratic principles, the membership elects officers and a board of directors to act on behalf of the association. The TSRSA Board of Directors meets monthly and is empowered to transact TSRSA business in accordance with the TSRSA Bylaws and Standing Rules of Order. The Board of Directors carries out its responsibilities through standing and special committees.
TSRSA membership includes over 60 staffing firms involved in direct hire placement, executive search, contract and temporary services. Affiliate members include businesses which service the recruiting service industry.
